Ray's Beardless Days.

So, Ray has been home from the mish for a year as of yesterday. I think he is a little bit sad because the time has gone so fast and those were some of his "glory days" and such...but I'm going to sneak some pictures on here for you all (in honor of the mission of course).
:) He was so stinkin' cute.

Good to be a Hamblin.

Well there is no room for doubt that we are overflowing with blessings these days.

After months and months of searching for jobs we finally this last week have gotten like 10 interviews. And I'm not even exaggerating. okay maybe. I had 2 and ray had 7.
So...wait no, I was not I was just off one. But the good news is that all of the positions have wanted Ray. And I will be working for Wells Fargo after my background check goes through and everything. :) The best part is that both the jobs that we were dying to have and praying for everything we actually got. :) Ray is training right now for a school bus driving job. Which is perfect because it works right around his schedule and it has tons of benefits like tuition reimbursement. And working for Wells Fargo as a teller will have tons of awesome benefits not to mention that there's TONS of opportunities to move up. :) Gosh. i love it. Were excited. Waiting paid off for sure.

Secondly, we are now house hunting. :) It is so much fun, and were super excited. I don't really have much else to say about that other than we never thought this would be possible this soon but with the housing market right now and how cheap the payments would be, its do-able. Okay actually, I have a lot to say about it. This wouldn't be possible without Ray's parents. They are helping us because it works out that they want a house down here so they are going to buy the house and we just make the payments on it. And then they have a place to stay when they come down to the valley. Hopefully were gonna be in a home before the end of the year... and YES I'm still in shock. :)

We now teach the 4-5 year old's in primary! :) And they are just darling. Well, I actually don't know yet because we haven't started but i know they are gonna be. There's about 4 of them they say.

Anyhow, our dog is good, we are good. And summer is right around the corner.
:) I cannot wait.

EVERYONE BE HAPPY.

Harley girl.

SURPRISE. this is our dog. :) she is crazy and so much fun.
I am excited to figure out how to train her but at the same time,
I dread it when she wakes me at 6:30 every morning whimpering because she has to pee.
Anyhow, she is so much fun and is the cutest thing ever. And that is all. :)

Ray's second love.

No, its not a woman. Don't worry.

Actually I don't know if it is or not. But i love it/her too.

Well, since were on the topic of Ray I think I just might have to brag about him.
Ray has perfect grades. :) A's in all of his classes. I'm so happy.
I just gotta love him to death, he doesn't give me any other option.

I'm Back!

Okay, so i know its been what? Since last year that i blogged last? But I have a good excuse! Combining my life with Ray's just sort of...takes a while. What do you expect? And in case anyone would like a report, everythings is fine. ACTUALLY. More than fine. We are doing unexpectedly well for starting out so poor! We sold Ray's pride and joy (aka the truck) and got an older car and a MOTORCYCLE for him and we are just loving life. :)

So here are some pros and cons about being married.

PROS:

Not having to go home at night.
Hugs/Kisses/Cuddles whenever I want.
Eternity.
Back in a family ward!
Someone to cook when I don't wanna!
Someone to lean on. And to be leaned on back.

...and the list will go on and on but I only have about an hour before class starts.

and the CONS... actually lets call them things I miss:

Being in Mesa is AWESOME, but i still love Utah.
Being at a community college that is the largest in the world and 2nd largest school in AZ, lets just say, we get lost and annoyed alot here. (never happend at the BC)!
No more free flights. :( [This is the worst one].

umm thast about it. ahaha so I guess theres not much I'm missing out on! :)

Well, I'm about outta time, but i promise i will update and get up pictures and stuff!
